Replevins.

A BILL for extending a former Act touching Replevins to Causes depending in the great Sessions of Wales, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Regulating the Army.

A Bill for Regulation and Discipline of the Officers and Soldiers in his Majesty's Service and Pay, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Tuesday next.

Bills depending.

Ordered, That it be referred to Sir Lancelott Lake, Mr. Pryn, Sir John Brampston, Sir Robert Atkins, Mr. Milward, and the Lord Allington, to peruse such Bills in the Clerk's Custody, as were depending the last Sessions; and to bring into the House so many of them as they shall find most necessary to be passed.

Corporations.

A Bill to enforce Corporations to appear to Actions, was read the Second time.

Relief of London.

Sir Robert Atkins' Report from the Committee appointed to receive and prepare Proposals, to be tendered to the House, for the Relief of the City of London, That, having sit Two Afternoons, and being divided in their Sense and Opinion, as to the Manner of the rebuilding the City, could come to no Resolution therein: And therefore Resolved, That it be referred to the House, as the humble Opinion of the Committee, That the House be humbly moved to resume the Consideration of rebuilding the City of London.

And the House having resumed and debated the Matter;

Resolved, &c. That the further Debate of the Matter concerning the City of London be adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Nine of the Clock.

Call of the House.

Resolved, &c. That the Calling over the House be adjourned till Monday Morning.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees, except the Committee to which the Matter concerning the Publick Accompts is referred, be adjourned.
