Prayers.

Uniting Churches.

MR. Crowch reports from the Committee to which the Bill, sent from the Lords, for uniting of Churches in Cities and Towns Corporate, was committed, several Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Which being twice read, were, upon the Question, severally agreed to.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be read the Third time To-morrow Morning.

Foreign Cattle, &c.

Sir Thomas Littleton reports from the Committee to which the Bill to prevent the Importation of Foreign Cattle and Fish, was committed, several Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and, after delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Which, being twice read, were, upon the Question, severally agreed to.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Nat. Bill.

Sir Solomon Swale reports from the Committee to which the Bill for Naturalizing of * * * *, and others, was committed, That the Committee had, with one Amendment only, agreed . . the Bill: Which Amendment being read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table;

And the Amendment being twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Damage Cleere.

Amendments, sent from the Lords, to the Bill for taking away of Damage Cleere, was twice read; and upon the Question, severally agreed to.

Resolved, &c. That the said Amendments, so agreed, be inserted, and made Part of the Bill: And that the Bill, with the Amendments, be sent back to the Lords.

Hemp and Flax.

An ingrossed Bill for the Encouragement of Sowing and Planting of Hemp and Flax, was read.

A Proviso was tendered to be made Part of the Bill: Which being twice read; and some Alterations, upon the Question, agreed, and made thereto at the Table;

Resolved, &c. That the Proviso, so amended, be made Part of the Bill.

The Question being put, That the Bill do pass;

The House was divided.

The Yeas went forth.

And so it was resolved in the Affirmative.

Resolved, &c. That the Title shall be An Act for Encouragement of the Sowing and Planting of Hemp and Flax.

Supply Bill.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir William Childe and Sir Nathaniell Hobart;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have commanded us to acquaint you, That they have agreed with this House in the Bill for granting the Sum of Twelve hundred and Fifty thousand Pounds to the King's Majesty, for his present further Supply, without any Alteration or Amendment.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
