THEODORE Samms, George Matsen, George Stampcel, and Nicholas Hynd, in order to their Naturalization, took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, before Mr. Speaker, at the Clerk's Table.

Privilege.

Ordered, That Sampson Bond be sent for in Custody, for his Breach of Privilege, in serving a Writ of * * on Mr. Pendarvis, a Member of this House; and that the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, or his Deputy, do apprehend the said Bond, and bring him to the Bar of this House, to answer his said Breach of Privilege.

A Bill of Sir Henry Frederick Thynn, to supply the Defect in a Deed, and to have a Decree in Chancery, for that Purpose, confirmed, and Lands settled accordingly, being this Day read the Second time, was, upon the Question, committed to Lord Cornbury, Sir Jo. Orlaber's Estate.

Mr. George reports Amendments from the Committee to whom Orlaber's Bill was referred * * * * Which Amendments being twice read, and, upon the Question, severally agreed to;

Resolved, That the said Bill, with the said Amendments, read and agreed to, be ingrossed.

Common Fields.

Ordered, That the Bill touching Common Fields be read To-morrow Morning.

Perjury.

Ordered, That the Bill against Perjury be read Tomorrow Morning.

Leather Trade.

A Bill for the better Tanning, Tawing, and Dressing of Leather, was this Day read the Second time.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Bill for better Tanning, Tawing, and Dressing of Leather, be committed: And

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Bill be committed to the Grand Committee for Trade.

Ordered, That the said Grand Committee for Trade, do examine, how the Price of Leather comes to be so high; and that they do take into Consideration, by what Means it may be remedied.

Corporations.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill for regulating Corporations is committed, do sit this Afternoon; and in this House, if they please: And that all other Committees do forbear to sit: And that the said Committee do bring in their Report To-morrow Morning, if they can.

Publick Revenue.

Ordered, That the Committee for the King's Majesty's Revenue do sit To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Two of the Clock.
