Prayers.

Mr. Speaker presented.

THIS Day Mr. Speaker, being attended by the several Members of this House, was presented to his Majesty in the House of Lords; and made this Speech following:

After which, Mr. Speaker, returning with the several Members into the House of Commons, there made Report to the House of the Effect thereof. And then

Vagrants.

A Bill intituled, An Act against Vagrants, and wandering, idle, dissolute Persons, was read the First time.

Ordered, That the same be presented to be read again on this Day Sevennight.

Elections.

Ordered, That the Rules which were made for the Committee of Elections the last Parliament, be brought into the House To-morrow Morning; and that the Clerk of the Crown do then likewise attend, with all the double Returns which are now made: And this House will then take the same into Consideration; and proceed to the naming of a Committee of Privileges and Elections.

And the House then adjourned till To-morrow Morning at Eight of the Clock.
