Prayers.
Sheriff of Nottingham.
RESOLVED, That John Rayner Esquire, be and is hereby, nominated and appointed Sheriff for the County of Nottingham: And that a Commission be granted to him, under the Great Seal, to be Sheriff of the said County of Nottingham accordingly.
Gen. Monck.
Ordered, That Commissioner-General George Monck do attend the Parliament, on Monday Morning next; to receive the Sense of the Parliament, in relation to his signal and faithful Services: And that Mr. Scot and Mr. Robinson do accompany the said Commissioner-General George Monck to the Parliament accordingly.
Elections.
The House, according to former Order, this Day resumed the Debate upon the Qualifications.
Resolved, That this Parliament shall be filled up to the Number of Four hundred, for England and Wales.
Resolved, That the Distributions for the respective Counties, Cities, and Boroughs, for England and Wales, shall be as they were agreed on in the Year 1653.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee that brought in the Qualifications, to present to this House the Proportions, How they were set down, and agreed on, in the Year 1653; and what Members now serve in Parliament for the respective Counties, Cities, and Boroughs; and what Places are void, according to that Distribution; and how to fill up the House, according to the Resolution of the Parliament this Day.

Mr. Speaker, according to former Order of the House, did, after the Rising of the House, deliver the several Commissions to the several Officers following;
