Prayers.

Mass at Ambassadors Houses.

THE House this Day, according to former Order, proceeded with the Report made Yesterday by Mr. Gurdon from the Council of State.

Popish Recusants.

A Bill, explaining the Meaning of a former Act, giving Relief to tender Consciences in Matters of Religion; and for Discovery of, and Proceeding against, Popish Recusants; was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That the said Bill be now read the Second time.

The said Bill was read the Second time, accordingly.

Resolved, That the said Bill be committed to Lord Chief Baron, Sir Gilbert Pickering, Colonel Lister, Sir Henry Mildmay, Sir Wm. Allanson, Mr. Oldisworth, Sir James Harrington, Colonel Pury, Mr. Sey, Mr. Millington, Major General Skippon, Alderman Pennington, Mr. Anlaby, Mr. Weaver, Mr. Gurdon, Colonel Lassells, Mr. Bruister, Sir Wm. Armyn, Mr. Allein, Mr. Smyth, Mr. Lechmere, Mr. Attorney-General, Mr. Nelthrop, Colonel Purefoy, Sir Arthure Hesilrig, Mr. Long, Colonel Wauton, Mr. Challoner, Major-General Harrison, Mr. Burrell, Mr. Strickland, Mr. Holland, Sir Henry Vane, Major Salvey, Mr. Hallowes; or any Five or more of them: And all that come to have Voices: And Sir Henry Mildmay and Mr. Gurdon to have especial Care of it: And are to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Speaker's Chamber.

Representation in Parliament.

Ordered, That Major-General Harrison be appointed to take care of the Act touching an equal Representative: And that the same be brought in with Speed.

House to sit.

Resolved, That the House do sit on Saturday next, notwithstanding the former Order.

Forests.

Resolved, That the Bill touching the Forests be reported on Saturday Morning next; and nothing to intervene: And that Mr. Speaker do put the House in mind thereof.

Printing, &c.

Ordered, That the Amendments to the Bill for Printing be reported To-morrow Morning, the first Business; and the Act touching Gunpowder next after it.

Publick Faith.

Resolved, That the Business touching the Publick Faith be taken into Consideration on Tuesday Morning next, the first Business.
