Prayers.

Committee of Indemnity.

ORDERED, That the Act for transferring the Powers in the late Committee of Indemnity, into other Persons, be brought in on Friday Morning next, the first Business: And the Care of this Business is committed unto Mr. Blagrave and Mr. Say.

Mr. Clement, a Member, discharged.

Colonel Bennet reports from the Committee to whom the Informations given in against Mr. Clement, a Member of Parliament, was referred, the Examinations taken touching those Informations: Which were this Day read.

Resolved, That the Carriage of Mr. Gregory Clement in this Business, as it stands in Proof before the House, is offensive and scandalous to the Parliament.

Resolved, That Mr. Gregory Clement be discharged from being a Member of Parliament.

Adventurers for Ireland.

Resolved, That the Committee for Proposals from the Adventurers for Ireland be revived; and sit this Afternoon in Mr. Speaker's Chamber; and so de die in diem.

Scotch Affairs.

Resolved, That the Commissioners of the Parliament for managing and ordering the Affairs of Scotland, do make their Report to the House on Friday Morning next.
