Parliaments and Elections.

THE House, according to former Order, was this Day resolved into a Grand Committee, upon the Heads of a Bill for future Parliaments, and regulating Elections.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Say took the Chair.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Irish Commissioners.

Mr. Lechmere reports from the Committee, to whom the Act touching the Commissioners for Ireland was referred, Amendments to the said Act: Which were Twice read.

Resolved, That the Time for the Continuance of this Act be for Three Years.

And the said Amendments to this Act, being put to the Question, were assented unto.

The Question being put, That this Act, so amended, be ingroffed;

It passed with the Negative.

The said Act, being put to the Question, passed.

Capell's Creditors.

The humble Petition of Sir Edward Capell Knight, Humfry Capell Esquire, Sir Thomas Dacres Knight, Henry Pitts, Richard Bennett, Thomas Bennett, and divers other the Creditors, Sureties, and Trustees, of the late Lord Capell, deceased, was this Day read.

The Cause of the Trustees and Creditors of the late Lord Capell, deceased, in which the Commissioners for Compounding do humbly desire the Consideration of the Parliament, was this Day read.

Ravishments and Divorces.

Ordered, That the Bill against Ravishments and Divorces be brought in on Friday Morning next.

Honours conferred by late King.

Ordered, That the Bill touching Honours conferred by the late King, since the late Wars, be read on Friday Morning next, the first Business.
