Delinquents Estates.

THE House this Day resumed the Debate upon the Act for Sale of Delinquents Estates.

Mr. Garland reports Names of Delinquents, whose Estates are to be sold; and the Names of Trustees and Contractors for the Sale of Delinquents Estates.

Resolved, That Robert Mathewes, of Blodwell in the County of Salop Esquire, his Estate be sold.

Resolved, That Richard Thornell Esquire, Son of Sir Thuothy Thornell, of * in the County of Kent, Knight, his Estate be sold.

The Question being propounded, That the Earl of Cleveland's Estate be sold;

The House was divided.

Resolved, That the Earl of Cleveland's Estate be sold.

Resolved, That Mr. Filpott of Compton in the County of Southampton, Esquire, his Estate be sold.

Resolved, That Ralph Snead, of the County of Stafford, Esquire, * his Estate be sold.

Resolved, That the Estate of Charles Townley, of *, his Estate be sold.

Resolved, That William Gage, of Bentley, in the Parish of Framfeild in the County of Sussex, his Estate be sold.

Resolved, That the Estate of Sir Peircey Herbert be sold.

Resolved, That the Names of the said Robert Mathewes, Richard Thornell, the Earl of Cleveland, * Philpott, Ralplo Snead, Wm. Gage, and Sir Peircy Herbert, be inserted in the Bill for Sale of Delinquents Estates.

Resolved, That Sampson Sheffield be one of the Trustees in this Bill.

Resolved, That Robert Manwaring be Register Accomptant in this Bill.

Resolved, That he have One hundred Pounds per Annum Addition to his former Salary, in his Employment in Sale of Deans and Chapters Lands: And that, upon Determination of that Employment, he have Two hundred Pounds per Annum Salary.

Resolved, That John Baker be Surveyor General in this Bill.

Resolved, That he have One hundred Pounds per Annum Salary for him and his Clerks.-

Resolved, That, when the House doth rise, the House be adjourned until Tuesday Morning next.-

Delinquents Estates.

Resolved, That Colonel Randall Mainwaring Esquire, be Comptroller in this Bill.

Resolved, That Colonel Randall Mainwaring have Two hundred Pounds per Annum Salary, as Comptroller in this Bill; and likewise Two hundred Pounds per Annum out of Haberdashers Hall, until Two hundred Pounds per Annum be settled on him and his Children, as the Gist of the Parliament, for his faithful Service, out of Delinquents Estates: And that it be referred to the Committee that brought in this Bill, to consider out of what Estate the said Two hundred Pounds shall be settled; and to prepare an Act for settling the said Two hundred Pounds per Annum upon him, and his Heirs, accordingly.

Mr. Stephens is to take care hereof.

Ordered, That the Commissioners of Goldsmiths Hall be authorized and required to grant their Warrants to the Treasurers there, to pay unto Colonel Randall Manwaring an Annuity of Two hundred Pounds per Annum, out of the Receipt of Haberdashers Hall, by quarterly Payments; the first Payment to be made at the Nineand-twentieth Day of September next; and so forwards, until there shall be Lands of Two hundred Pounds per Annum settled upon the said Colonel Randall Mainwaring, and his Heirs, according to the Vote of this House: And that the Acquittance and Acquittances of the said Randall Mainwaring, or his Assigns, shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurers for the same.

Duresme Assizes.

Ordered, That the Bill for the Assizes at Duresme be read on Tuesday Morning next, the first Business.

Dirdo, &c. respited.

A Letter from divers Gentlemen of the County of Wiltes, on the Behalf of one Thomas Dirdo, that stands condemned at the Assizes for that County, was this Day read.

The Question being propounded, That the Execution of Thomas Dirdo, that stands condemned at the Assizes for the County of Wiltes, be respited until the Twentyfifth Day of August next; and that the Sheriff of the said County be required to take care, that Execution be forborn, accordingly; and that, in the mean time, the Justices of Assize of that Circuit be required to certify the whole State of the Matter concerning the said Thomas Dirdo;

The House was divided.

So it was Resolved, That the Execution of Thomas Dirdo, that stands condemned at the Assizes for the County of Wiltes, be respited, until the Five-and-twentieth Day of August next: And that the Sheriff of the said County be required to take care, that Execution be forborn, accordingly: And that in the mean time, the Justices of Assize for that Cirssscuit be required to certify the whole State of the Matter concerning the said Thomas Dirdoe.

Resolved, That the Execution of John Jenoah and Richard Bradocks, being condemned at the last Assizes for the County of Radnor, be respited, until the Parliament take further Order: And that the Sheriff of the said County be injoined and required to take care that Execution be forborn, accordingly: And that Mr. Speaker do issue out a Warrant, under his Hand, to the Sheriff, to that Purpose.

Resolved, That the Execution of Nicholas Westwood, Samuel Cowdree, Serjeants, and Walter Goff, Drummer, being condemned at the last Assizes for the County of Wiltes, be respited, until the Five-and-twentieth Day of August next: And that the Sheriff of the County of Wiltes be required to take care, that Execution be forborn, accordingly: And that, in the mean time, the Justices of Assize for that Circuit be required to certify the whole State of the Matter, concerning the said condemned Persons to the Parliament.

It is Ordered, That the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of England do pass the said Pardon under the Great Seal, accordingly.

A Pardon for John Virgoe, John Gibbons alias John Maudesley alias John Williams, Wm. Austen, Robert Cheesman, Robert Cooke, James Ellis alias James Botting, John Bayes, Thomas Marriaw, Samuel Rowland, Thomas Tanner, Thomas Albert, John Fletcher, Thomas Willowes, Henry Wright, Christofer George, John Nitingale, Samuel Sparke, Wm. Sparke, Thomas Thredder, and John Lupton, was this Day read; and, upon the Question, agreed unto: And

It is Ordered, That the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of England do pass the said Pardon under the Great Seal, accordingly.

A Pardon for Mary Leech, John Davis, John Williams alias Simmes, Nicholas Brayley, Philip Dart, Wm. Aileworth, Evan Jones, John Keele, Priscilla Knight, was this Day read; and, upon the Question, agreed unto: And

It is Ordered, That the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of England do pass the said Pardon under the Great Seal, accordingly.

A Pardon for Richard Brickhill, Robert Slater alias Asthon, Roger Hough, William Joseph, John Dixam, Anne Martyn, was this Day read, and, upon the Question, agreed unto: And

It is Ordered, That the Lords Commissioners for the Great Seal of England do pass the said Pardon under the Great Seal, accordingly.

A Pardon for Richard Toovey alias Jennings was this Day read; and, upon the Question, agreed unto: And
