PRAYERS.

Reduced Officers, &c.

ORDERED, That the House do turn themselves into a Grand Committee, this Day, upon the Ordinance touching the reduced Officers and Soldiers: And that Mr. Speaker do then forbear to take the Chair.

Letters read.

A Letter from the General, of 29 Novembris 1648, from Windsore, was this Day read.

A Letter from Colonel Hammond, from Farneham, of the Twenty-ninth of November 1648, with a Postscript from Bagshot, was this Day read.

Army Remonstrance.

The Question being propounded, That the House do now proceed upon the Remonstrance of the Army;

The House was divided.

The Yeas went forth.

So that the Question passed with the Negative.

Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee of the Army, to take such Course for Pay of the Arrears of the Army, as they shall think fit, for Satisfaction of the Army.
