Prayers.

Late King's Property.

AN additional Act for the Discovery and Selling of the personal Estate belonging to the late King, Queen, and Prince, was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Colonel Harrison, Mr. Chaloner, Mr. Gurdon, Mr. Ash, Mr. Garland, Colonel Sidney, Mr. John Goodwyn, Mr. Bond, Mr. Dixwell, Mr. Stephens, Mr. Weaver, Mr. Holland, Sir Henry Myldmay, Colonel Feilder, Sir John Trevor, Mr. Weston, Mr. H. Nevill, Mr. Pelham, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Hodges, Sir Thomas Wroth, Mr. Salwey, Sir James Harrington; or any Five of them: Who are to meet at Two of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Exchequer Chamber: And all that come to this Committee, are to have Voices: And this Committee has Power to send for Persons, Papers.

Ordered, That it be likewise referred to this Committee, to take Consideration of the List of the necessitous Servants and Creditors to the late King, and the Monies due to them, certified by the Trustees for the Sale of the Goods of the late King, Queen, and Prince; and to consider of the Persons therein, and the Sums to be allowed to them towards their said Debts; and to make an Allowance thereof, as they shall see Cause: And that the said Trustees be authorized to cause Payment to be made unto such Persons, of such Sums as the said Committee shall approve of, out of the Monies to be raised be the Sale of the said Goods accordingly.

Court Martial.

The Lord Lisle reports from the Council of State, an Act for establishing a Court Martial within the Cities of London and Westminster, and late Lines of Communication.

Which was this Day read the First and Second time.

Resolved, That the Court to be erected by this Act, shall bear the Name of an High Court of Justice.

Resolved, upon the Question, That this Bill be committed to Mr. Attorney General, Mr. Thomas Chaloner, Mr. Stephens, Sir Arthur Hesilrig, Mr. Say, Mr. James Harrington, Sir Henry Mildmay, Mr. Moyle, Mr. Myles Corbett, Colonel Ven, Mr. Wm. Armyn, Sir Henry Vane junior, Mr. Valentine, Colonel Purefoy, Colonel Fielder, Mr. Scott, Mr. Ingoldsby, Lord Commissioner Lisle, Lord Lisle, Sir Wm. Masham, Mr. Aldworth, Mr. Haveningham, Mr. Hay, Mr. Hallowes, Colonel Waulton, Colonel Stapeley, Mr. Masham; or to any Five of them: And this Committee is to meet in the Speaker's Chamber, at Two of the Clock this Afternoon; and so de die in diem; and to bring in the same on Tuesday next: And all that come, to have Voices. And this Committee have also Power to consider of the Persons, who were Judges in the Act for Tryal of Duke Hamilton, and others, and did sit in that High Court; and to present such of them, or such others, as they shall think fit, to be Commissioners or Judges in this Act; and present it to the House.

And the Care hereof is committed to Mr. Stephens.

An Act for the Regulating of Trade, was this Day read the First time; and ordered to be read the Second time on Saturday Morning, the first Business.
