PRAYERS.

Utie's Delinquency.

THE humble Petition of the Parishioners of the Parish of Chigwell in the County of Essex, against Samuell Utie, Doctor in Divinity, their Parson was read; and Mr. William Jenkin, and Tho. Browne, that preferred the Petition, were called in; and did avow and attest the most material Points contained in the Petition.

Ordered, That Sa. Utie, Doctor in Divinity, and Vicar of Chigwell in Essex, be forthwith sent for, as a Delinquent, by the Serjeant at Arms attendant on this House.

Ward's Delinquency.

The Petition of the Parishioners of St. Leonard, Fosterlane, was read; * Coleman, and others that preferred it, were called in; and did subscribe the Petition, and avow it.

Ordered, That William Ward, Rector of the Parish of St. Leonard, Foster-lane, London, be forthwith sent for, as a Delinquent, by the Serjeant at Arms attendant on this House.

Ordered, That the several Petitions exhibited this Day by the Parishioners of Chigwell, the Parishioners of St. Leonard, Foster-lane, and some of the Inhabitants of St. Leonard, Shoreditch, be referred to the Committee for preaching Ministers.

This Committee is to consider and see what Businesses. of most Importance are remaining with the particular Committees; and to present to the House, what they think most convenient first to be treated of; that the other Matters of lesser Importance may remain, till the greater Businesses are expedited: And the Clerk is to attend them with his Book.

Preventing Throngs in Committee Rooms.

The Warden of the Fleet to be required to take some Course, that the Rooms, where the Committees sit, be not so thronged and pestered with unnecessary Multitudes, that the Committees themselves can neither get in nor out.
