NY Lord Steward gave Order, That where there were more returned than ought to be, there should none of them be sworn, till it were decided by the House, who were duly elected.

He did also then Order, That no Earl's eldest Son should be called by the Title of Viscount.

He also Ordered, That the eldest Son of the Earl of Kent should not be called by the Title of Lord Ruthyn, but of Lord Grey only.
