Sir Thoms. Scott and Sir George Turpyn Knight are added to the former Committees, in the Earl of Kent his Bill; with Authority given by this House to the said Committees, or any Six of them, to proceed; and to meet at the Temple Church To-morrow, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Sir W. Harper.

The Committees in the Bill for Sir Willm. Harper, are appointed by this House to meet this Afternoon at the Marshalsey, and not at the Court-house, in Southwark.

Vagabonds.

The Proviso for the Prisoners in the Marshalsey unto the Bill of Vagabonds, is rejected, upon the Question ; and the Proviso for Mr. Dutton, allowed, and passed.
