Skeffington.

1. The Bill for Will Skeffington, Esquire. - The first Reading; and committed unto Sir John Thynne, Mr. Stokes, Mr. Bell, Mr. Fleetwood, Mr. Bedell, and Mr. Smythe; to meet in the Star-chamber, upon Wednesday next, at Three of the Clock, in the Afternoon.

Sowthwarke School.

1. The Bill for the Free Grammar-school in Sowthwarke. - The first Reading.

Treasons.

For the Bill of Treasons, and the Addition, it is Ordered, That such of the Committees, as are learned in the Laws, shall have Authority to confer with the Queen's Majesty's learned Counsel, touching the same Bill and Addition.

Common Prayer.

1. The Bill for Reformation of the Book of Common Prayer - The first Reading. And after many Arguments, it is, upon the Question, agreed, that Petition be made by this House unto the Queen's Majesty for her Licence and Privity to proceed in this Bill, before it be any further dealt in.

Sewers.

3. The Bill for Sewers. - The third Reading; and, after some Arguments, it passed upon the Question, and sent to the Lords by Mr. Treasurer, and Twenty others of this House.

Adjournment.

It is Ordered, That this Court be adjourned until Thursday next coming; and agreed to come to the House from henceforth at Seven of the Clock in the Morning.

Archbishop of Canterbury.

1. The Bill against Licences and Dispensations granted by the Archbishop of Canterbury. - The first Reading ; and, upon the Question, so appointed to be read.

Clerks convict.

Upon a Motion made by Mr. Norton, touching the Fees of Purgation of Clerks convict, he is by the House allowed to enquire, and deal therein accordingly.
