Collections from Members.

SIR Edw. Hobby moveth. that where Sir Henry Billingsley and Sir Thomas Horsman were formerly appointed Collectors and Treasurers for the Benevolence of the House, that the said Sir Henry being now dead, the House would appoint some other to join with Sir Thomas Horsman, in collecting such Monies as were left unpaid the last Session, as also of what other Monies should be taxed, contributed, or bestowed hereafter; and to send for the Money remaining in the Hands of the said Sir Henry at the Time of his Death, by the Serjeant of the House.

Upon this Motion, Sir Hugh Beeston was named for the other Collector, in Place of Sir Henry; and the Serjeant

ordered to go to the Executors of Sir Henry Billingsley for the Remain.

Adjournment.

The Court did this Day arise at Ten a Clock; being remembered of their Meeting at One a Clock, upon the grand Committee touching the Instrument of the Union, in the Parliament-house.
