Hatton.
2. The Bill for Mr. Hatton. - The second Reading; and ordered to be ingrossed: And is committed unto Mr. Treasurer, Mr. Heneage, Mr. Crumwell, Mr. Dalton, Mr. John Spencer, Mr. Norton, and Mr. Alford; to examine the Suggestion of the Bill, touching the Consent of the Parties to the Passing of the same Bill: Whereupon Mr. John Spencer, One of the Committees, being also One of the Persons named in the said Bill, so resolved the Residue of the Committees, that, upon the Report thereof made to the House by Mr. Treasurer, it was presently Ordered, the Bill should be ingrossed; and the Proviso omitted and left out.
