Privilege - Imprisonment of a Member.
SIR Edw. Sands, Sir Jo. Rowse, Sir Cl. Throckmorton, Mr. Whitby, Mr. Tho. Gurling, Sir Jo. Skevington - Sir Francis Barrington, Sir Tho. Hobby, Sir George Fane, Sir Francis Barnam, Sir Tho. Barrington, Mr. Long, to repair to these several Persons, being sick in Town, and to receive their Protestations, in like Manner, as others of this House have here made. This to be set down in Writing, under the Hands of the Protestants, and of these which take them. Three to go to Three, and the other Three to the Three residue. Those Members of the House, which are in Town, preremptorily to make their Protestation To-morrow Morning.

Sir Nath. Rich moveth, to have this our Proceeding in this Matter to be solemnly entered here; and a Conference to be prayed with the Lords, by a general Committee of both Houses, concerning Matters, much importing both their House and this.
Upon Question, to pray a Conference with the Lords, by a Committee of both Houses, upon some Matters of Importance concerning the Honour of both Houses.
The former Sub-committee of .... to set down the Heads of this Conference. Mr. Glanvyle to be enjoined to attend this Service. They to meet in the Star-chamber, at Two Clock in the Afternoon.
