Estgrensted Return.
It is Ordered, That the Burgesses for Estgrensted shall remain according to the Return.
Validity of Burgesses.
This Day Mr. Treasurer, Mr. Servients Manwood, Geffrey, and Lovelace, Mr. Fleetwood, Mr. Bell, and Mr. Mounson, are appointed to confer with Mr. Attorney and Mr. Solicitor, about the Return of the Burgesses following ; for that the same Towns returned no Burgesses, the last Parliament; viz; in Cornewall, the Boroughs of Estlowe, Fowey; Gloucestershire, the Borough of Cicester; Kent, the Borough of Quyneboroughe ; Nottinghamshire, the Borough of Estretford ; Oxfordshire, the Borough of Woodstock; Hampshire, the Borough of Christchurche ; Suffolke, the Boroughs of Aldeburghe, Eye:
And to meet To-morrow, at Afternoon, at Three of the Clock, in Mr. Treasurer's Chamber at the Court.
Religion.
Upon a Motion for Uniformity of Religion, and the Mention of certain Bills, drawn for that Purpose, the last Parliament, and for Redress of sundry Defections in those Matters, a Committee is, by the House, appointed of these following, viz. All the Privy Council, that are of this House, five ; Sir Henry Nevill, Sir John Thynne, Sir Thomas Lucy, Sir Henry Gate, the Master of the Requests, Mr. Heneage, Mr. Recorder, Mr. Bell, Mr. Henry Knolles, Senior, Mr. Monson, Mr. Norton, Mr. Strickland, Mr. Goodyer, Mr. William Moore and Mr. Doctor Barkeley.
Attending Church.
2. The Bill concerning coming to the Church, and Receiving of the Communion. - The second Reading; and, after sundry Motions, committed unto Sir Thom. Smythe, Sir Owen Hopton Sir Thom. Scotte, the Masters of the Requests, Mr. Servient Manwood, Mr. Servient Geffrey, Mr. Fleetwood, and Mr. Sands ; to meet in the Star-chamber To-morrow, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon.
