THE Committee concerning Sir Tho. Mathew, and Mr. Withrington, to meet at Two of the Clock on Saturday next, in the Court of Star Chamber.
Member's Servant not receiving Communion.
Sir H. Spiller informeth the House, that, whereas he had Time given him by the House, to bring a Certificate of his Man's receiving the Communion, he hath enquired thereof, and findeth, he received not the Communion at that Time; whereof he thought it his Duty to give Notice to the House, and refer himself to the Justice thereof.

Ludgersall Election.
Sir Jo. Finch reporteth from the Committee for Privileges, for Ludgersall. - That Sir Wm. Walter, Mr. Mason, and Sir Tho. Jea, returned for Ludgersall. That Fourteen, of 26, Electors gave their Voices for Sir Tho. Jea; Mr. Mason Fifteen Voices; and questionable, whether one Bishopp gave his Voice for Mason: So as very doubtful, whether of these to stand. At last agreed by the Committee, the Election of Sir Wm. Walter good, but, for the other, a new Election.
New Writ.
Ordered, A new Writ to issue, for Choice of One Burgess for that Borough. -
Person committed by Vice-chanc. of Oxford.
Report, that the Committee being doubtful whether one Vawer, committed by the Vice-chancellor, committed for Misdemeanor, or for opposing the Vice-chancellor in the Election; that the Committee desireth the Opinion of the House, whether he, being a material Witness to prove the Undueness of the Election, shall be sent for by the House, being still in Prison.
Resolved, To let this alone, till the Vice-chancellor be heard.
Scandalous Ministers.
Mr. Bisse reporteth the Bill against scandalous Ministers, (which was re-committed) with Amendments ; which twice read. - Engrossetur.
Message from the King - Supply.
Mr. Chancellor Exchequer delivereth a Message from the King's Majesty. - That his Majesty having assembled at this Time, to consult and provide for the greatest. . .
1. Upon the Return of his Fleet, the Men must be, paid, else Fear of a Mutiny.
2. The King setting out above forty Ships ..,...,
Upon Question, there shall be a grand Committee of the whole House, upon Monday Morning next, Nine Clock, to take Consideration of the King's Message, now sent by Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer.
Mr. Chancellor to move the King, that this Message may be put in Writing.

Sir Ro. Harley .- - That Sir Tho. Button desireth he may give his Answer in the House To-morrow, Nine Clock.
