Oak.

2. The Bill for Oak Timber, and Preservation of Bark. - Reject' ; and torn.

Benefit of Clergy.

1. The Bill, that all Offenders, having Clergy, shall be bound to sue a Pardon in the Chancery.

Barwyke.

Certain Articles in Writing objected by the Burgesses of Barwyke against the Bill of Barwyke, come from the Lords.

Dorchester Writ.

For that Lewys Montgomery, Esquire, is returned Burgess for Northampton, and also for Dorchester, and doth appear for Northampton ; a new Writ de Burgense eligendo is required for Dorchester.

Subsidy.

The Queen's Council, with Twenty-four of the Shires, and Six of Wales, to meet on Wednesday next in the Star-chamber, for Order in the Subsidy.
