Committees.

Sundry Committees, at the last sitting before Easter left sine die, assigned to new Days.

Fens.

The Bill of Fens put off, for a second Reading, till Monday next; and then Counsel on both Parts to be heard.

City of London's Estates.

Sir John Crook and Mr. D. Hone bring from the Lords, An Act for Securing of the Lands, Tenements, and Rents, heretofore granted, devised, or conveyed to several Companies within the City of London, and to the Mayor and Commonalty, and Citizens, of the City of London.

Adjournment.

In respect of the small Assembly, thought fit to adjourn the Court until Monday next, the 27th of this Month ; which Mr. Speaker pronounced accordingly.

Northlech School.

B. Touching the Free Grammar-school at Northlech, re-committed: - On Thursday next, Middle Temple Hall; and Counsel on both Parts there to be heard, if it were required.

Buildings.

L. 2a. LL. B. To restrain the Multitudes of inconvenient Buildings in and about the Cities of London and Westminster, and the Suburbs of the same: - Upon the second Reading, committed to the Committee in a former Bill, begun in this House [a].

Marshalsea Court.

All Lawyers of the House, not named, added to the Committee for the Bill of Marshalsea, &c.

Fens.

L. 2a. B. For the Draining of certain Fens, and low Grounds, within the Isle of Ely and Counties adjoining, being Three hundreth thousand Acres at the least.

Some Reasons, and Petitions, offered against the Bill by Sir John Peyton, Knight of the Shire for the County of Cambridge, and Mr. Robert Wallys, One of the Burgesses for the Town of Cambridge [b].

The Time being spent; the Hearing of the Counsel, pro et contra, in this Bill, being formerly appointed this Day, deferred till Wednesday Morning; and then to be heard at large, before the Bill be committed.

Union with Scotland.

Tomorrow, at Nine a Clock, to enter anew into Dispute of the Proceeding in the Matter of the Union.
