Fine of 10s. He would not bail, because this was not repaid. -

He imprisoned the Englishmen, and not the Scottishmen, being called Rogues. - That he is faulty : - Thought so by the Committees. -

That he hath taken an Examination of the Ale-wife, quite contrary to that, which is affirmed against him, since his Contempt.
