It is Ordered, That Rauff Ellarker, One of these complained by Mr. Brandlyng's Bill, and sent hither by the Duke of Suffolk, shall remain in the Ward of the Serjeant, and find Sureties to appear in the King's Bench, at any Time before Candlemas next, that he shall be warned; and also be bound by Recognizance in the Chancery, on Condition, that he shall, during that Time, keep the Peace against the said Mr. Brandlyng, and all the King's People.
