Where the Serjeant delivered Hugh Flood to a Serjeant of London, he made an Assault upon that Serjeant, and escaped out of his Ward; whereof by credible Report made to this House:

It is Ordered, That the Serjeant shall require Mr. Comptroller to send to this House, To-morrow by Eight of the Clock, Hugh Flood, and * Creketoste, to know the further Pleasure of the House.
