Upon sundry Motions had, it is concluded by this House, that, according unto the old Precedents of this House, Mr. Serjeant Gefferey, being One of the Knights returned for Sussex, may have Voice, or give his Attendance, in this House, as a Member of the same, notwithstanding his Attendance in the Higher House, as One of the Queen's Serjeants, for his Counsel there; as the Place where he hath no Voice, indeed, nor is any Member of the same.
