Conference with Lords.

Mr. Serjeant Manwood, Mr. Marshe, Mr. Gryce, Mr. Hastyngs, Mr. Grymston, Mr. Norton, Mr. Barry, Mr. Atkyns, Mr. Tho. Browne, Mr. Honywood, Mr. Shute, Mr. Burre, and Mr. Greenfelde, are appointed to have Conference with the Lords touching the Bill of Continuation of Statutes; and the Bill touching Sea Marks; and the Bill for Severance of the Sheriffs of Bedd? and Buck'; sent up to the Lords by Mr. Dr. Wilson and the said other Committees.

Recoveries.

Mr. Solicitor and Mr. Doctor Lewes bring from the Lords the Bill touching Recoveries, passed in this House before; with a Branch of Repeal of the Statute of 32 H. VIII. added by the Lords.
