Ecclesiastical Canons.

SIR Francis Barrington preferreth a Bill, restraining the Execution of Canons ecclesiastical, not confirmed by Parliament.

Evelin's Estate.

Mr. Hoskins reporteth Mr. Evelin's Bill, from the Committee, with this Testimony, that it is as honest and just a Petition, as ever was preferred in Parliament: Delivereth in a Conveyance made of Land made to his Children. The Amendments twice read; and, upon the Question, to be ingrossed.

Mr. Hoskins reporteth from the Committee, the Bill to explain a former Act, intituled, An Act to enable all his Majesty's Subjects to trade freely into Spaine, Portugall, and France. - Much disputed ; by Mr. Alford impugned; but, upon the Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Members not to depart.

Ordered, That no Lawyers shall depart out of Town, but attend the Service here, and not go, without Licence.

Union with Scotland.

The Instrument of the Union read, and thereupon a Committee moved.

Mr. Dyett: - First debate it, and then commit it.
