Mr. Wyseman, Mr. Winch, Mr. Hyde, Sir Robert Wroth, Sir Geo. Carewe, Sir Geo. Moore, did all speak, pro et contra, in this foresaid Bill touching Apparel.

Upon the Division of the House, the foresaid Bill rejected.

Privilege.

The Pages complained, who had abused a Member of the House. A Cloak torn, and taken, and violently kept by a Tapster in Westminster ; who was brought in.

A Vintner and his Man; William Carter, Bryan Ashton. -

A Cloak brought by Six of the Pages, to this Bryan Ashton; and a Cloak was left by him that ought it. The Tapster forced him to leave it for a Reckoning, which they were to pay.

Rich. Brook ought the Cloak, a young Youth.

The Boy to have his Cloak again, and all the other Circumstances to be referred to the Committees; but the Offender to be kept by the Serjeant, and brought to the Committees on Monday.

The Party discharged, upon the Committee, without further Report.
