Naturalized Persons not to sit.

Moved by Sir H. Poole, that it might be specially ordered by this House, that none naturalized should be admitted of the Parliament.

Union with Scotland - Escuage.

Sir Wm. Morrice moveth, to make an End of the Dispute touching Escuage. -

Either we must come to their Law, or they must come to our Law ; or else either Law must stand, as it doth.

Sir Henry Jenkins, touching Escuage. - Till the Judges say, that Escuage is dead, he will not believe it. They the Physicians: They to feel the Pulses.

Ecclesiatical Courts.
