Oct. 16. Treasury warrant to Anthony Seagar to pay the 250l (which Patrick Trant paid to you by direction of the Treasury Lords) to Owen Macharty, James Purcell and James Lacy, esq., to be distributed amongst themselves and other persons as follow in proportions as follow: viz.: to Owen Macharty, James Purcell, Thomas Nugent, Marke Talbot,—Sarsfeild, Garret Fitz Gerard and James Lacy, 20l. each; to Robert Purcell, Edmd. Barry, Morogh Sheheag, Donogh Driscoll and Walter Bourke, 10l. each: to John Corbett and Charles Conner, 7l. 10s. 0d. each: "but before you make the said payment to the said Owen Macarty, James Purcell and James Lacy you are hereby directed to take bond from them in the King's name of the penalty of 1,500l., with the condition that such of themselves or of the other persons before named as are Papists or reputed Papists, or have been so within six months before the date of his Majesty's proclamation of the 4th inst., shall forthwith depart from London and Westminster and all places within 10 miles of the same, and shall not presume to return again upon any pretence whatsoever without due licence according to law.
