Sir Algernon May: dormant warrant on any money uncharged in the Exchequer.
Earl of Essex's brother: warrant for his pension of 400l. per an.
Sir Ste. Fox: [ordered] that he have 75,000l. on the several quarters of the new Acts. Altered since. Query: move to-morrow.

Delivered to Mr. Lloyd [the following papers, viz.]: (1) Lord Aungier's state. Not yet returned. (2) Abstract of arrears. Not yet returned. (3) Additional account of excess of the balance in Lord Aungier's state of the Irish revenue.
Warrant to Sir R. Long to admit of no loans on the first quarter of the subsidy, but on the second, third and fourth quarters.
Warrant on the old dormant on Col. Birch, his [certificate ?].
[The following appointed receivers of Hearthmoney for Kent, Northumberland and Northampton.]
Kent: Sir Philip Howard, of Sissinghurst, Kent, bart.
Northumberland: John Fenwick, of Walton [sic? for Warton], in Northumberland, Esq.
Northampton: Fra. Watson, of Plumpton, in Northamptonshire.
Mrs. Colvil: warrant to Sir R. Long to pay an order of 1,500l. registered upon the County Excise to Mrs. Colvill, to be by her paid to the Farmers of London Excise. It appeared by the affidavit of Mr. Dawson that Mr. Colvill had so much money of the King's in his hands lodged there by the said Farmers.

The Earl of Manchester's certificate [is received] for 563l. 5s. 0d. for lodging money for the Prince of Orange's servants. Warrant for a privy seal. (Done.)
Sir Ste. Fox: warrant for 2,000l. for the quarter ending Lady Day last [on the 8,000l. per an. for secret service]. (Done.)
Sir William Swan: [warrant for his ordinary for] three months. Sir John Finch [the like for] half a year. (Done.)
