Mandate, on petition of Cristin Maccrath and Marjory, who state that Cristin compelled Marjory, then of marriageable age, to contract marriage with his son aged under seven, against her consent, and that afterwards Cristin himself carnally knew her, and on his son's death married her. If this be so, the bishop is to declare that the contract of marriage between Marjory and Cristin's son is no impediment to the marriage of Cristin and Marjory.
