be made good in money, 5 marks to keep his daughter Ellen for seven
years, 4s. to Thomas Bretherton in settlement of all claims for lands
at Rudhethe, an ox to Margaret, his sister-in-law, if she survive him,
but otherwise between the works of Davenham church and Witton
chapel, 3s. 4d. for the carriage of stone to Witton steeple, 6s. 8d.
