The tenants to have timber for the houses and 'tynsell' for the hedges, but to do all repairs, furnish a man to attend Sir Ralph in the queen's wars, and do suit in the court of Chedulton. The best beast to be paid as a heriot if either of the tenants die during the term of the lease. Two seals. Endorsed with names of witnesses.
