Underwritten: Condition of above recognisance witnessing that whereas in a suit between John Ireland, esquire, plaintiff, and John Danyell, esquire, defendant, it was ordered that the defendant should pay certain sums to the above named Mr. Ravenscrofte to the plaintiff's use, part for the tithe corn of the demesne lands in Deresbury and part for costs recovered by the plaintiff's father against the defendant, if the plaintiff shall abide by the order of the court of Chancery upon a new bill to be exhibited by the said defendant against the plaintiff, then the above recognisance shall be void. Agreement between John Daniell of Deresburye, esquire, and the dean and chapter of Christchurch, Oxford, witnessing that whereas the said dean and chapter have demised to the said Daniell for twenty-one years the tithe of corn and grain in Deresbutye, Halton, Astmoore, Sutton, Aston 'there bye,' Aston Graunge, Halton near Deresburye, Over Walton, Nether Walton, Leckewick moore and Preston, the tithe of corn and grain, grass hay, pig, and goose of Thelwall, and the tithe of hay &c. of More Sutton and Lekewick; the said Daniell agrees that the said demise shall not charge the said dean and chapter with any action of covenant &c. and the paid dean and chapter agree not to do anything prejudicial to the said Daniell's estate in the premises. 14 July, 23 Elizabeth. Indenture between William Wever 'of the Mydilwich,' On the one part, and Rondulf Baskervyle and Agnes his wife, on the other part, witnessing that the said Rondulf and Agnes undertake not to prevent their own lands &c. or those of Rondulf's father, William Baskervyle, from descending in tail to William Baskervyle, son of the said Rondulf, and in default of issue to the right heirs of Rondulf, who is to be at liberty to make a demise of lands &c. by a date specified to the yearly value of 5 marks, for a term of twelve years; if Rondulf make any bargain of the said 5 marks, the said Wever shall have the said bargain 'paying therefore as another man will give.' 4 June, Edward V.
