Surrogation to John Croun in his rights to the church of Leuverkestok (Laverstoke), in the diocese of Winchester, value 15l. about which there had been a suit between Edmund Chinham and John Croun, heard successively before Aliottus de Narnia and Bernard de Caulesone, papal chaplains and auditors, the church being finally adjudged to John, and Edmund ordered to be removed from it, John having since died. With dispensation to Bennebury, who is in his twenty-first year.
