Message to the Commons, for a Conference.
MESSAGE to the Lower House, by Mr. Justice Crooke and Sir George Coppin:
That the Lords do desire a Meeting, by certain Lords Committees of this House, with the Committees of the Commons House; that the Number of the Committees from hence shall be Fifty; and this to be To-morrow, being the 14th of this instant November, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Painted Chamber, if it may so stand with the Conveniency of that House.

That the House of Commons have entered into due Consideration of the Message; and will, by their Committees, to the Number of One Hundred, give their Lordships Meeting, at the Time and Place appointed.
Agreed generally, That all their Lordships now present shall be Committees as aforesaid: videlicet,
Establishing Leases by the Prince, and his Officers to account on Oath.
It is appointed, That the Lords Committees for the Bill concerning Leases and Grants of the Prince his Highness's Possessions shall meet on Thursday, the 15th of November, by Eight of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence; and the Persons under-named to be warned then to attend their Lordships: videlicet,

Lord Chief Justice of the Common Pleas,
Lord Chief Baron,
Mr. Justice Williams,
Mr. Justice Warberton,

Preservation of Timber.
Appointed, That the Committees upon the Bill for Preservation of Wood and Timber shall meet on Tuesday, the 20th of November, by Eight of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence.
Exportation of Ordnance.
Appointed, That the Committees upon the Bill against Transportation of Iron Ordnance, etc. shall meet on Monday, the 19th November, by Eight of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence.
For avoiding Suits touching Wills of Land.
Appointed, That the Committees on the Bill for avoiding of Suits and Questions, touching Wills of Land, shall meet on Thursday, the 22d of November, by Eight of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence.
Ordered, That a Copy of the Bill aforesaid concerning Wills shall, with all Conveniency, be delivered to the Judges appointed to attend the Lords Committees.
Committee for the Conference to meet here first.
Agreed, That the Lords Committees appointed to meet To-morrow with the Committees of the Commons House, shall first meet here together in this House, at One of the Clock in the Afternoon of the same Day.
