HODIE 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act to enlarge an Act of Parliament, made in the Second and Third Year of King Phillip and Queen Mary, intituled, An Act for the keeping Milch Kine, and for the breeding and rearing of Calves.
And was referred to Committees: videlicet,

To assure the Demesnes of Damerham.
The Bill for assuring of the Farm and Demesnes of Dam'ham, and other Lands in Wiltshire, according to His Majesty's Grant, and a former Grant made by King Edward the Sixth, was this Day brought into the House by the Lord Archbishop of Canterb. first of the Committees, with certain Amendments, which were Twice read, and allowed; and thereupon the Bill appointed to be ingrossed.
Persons Naturalized, or restored in Blood, to take the Oaths.
The Bill, that all such as are to be Naturalized, or restored in Blood, shall first receive the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper, and the Oath of Allegiance, and the Oath of Supremacy, was brought into the House, by the Lord Privy Seal, with certain Amendments; which Amendments were Twice read; unto the Second of which Amendments, by Order of the Lords in open Court, these Words: videlicet, [" or Lord Keeper of the Great Seal for the Time being"] were added, and so the same Amendments allowed.
Leases to and from Bishops and Ecclesiastical Corporations.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, An Act concerning Leases, from and to Bishops, Deans and Chapters, Colleges, Prebendaries, Ecclesiastical Persons, and others; and, upon the Question, videlicet, Whether the said Bill should be committed or not, by the most Voices it was Agreed, The same should not be committed.
For the better Execution of Justice in the North Parts of England.
Whereas on Monday, the 25th of June, the Lords having entered into Consideration of one Proviso added, by Way of Amendment, by the Lords Committees, unto the Bill for the better Execution of Justice, and suppressing of Criminal Offenders in the North Parts of the Kingdom of England, could not, for Want of Time, proceed to a final Determination touching the said Proviso, but referred further to advise thereof, until another Opportunity; forasmuch as at this Time there is not Conveniency to deal therein, therefore the further Debate thereof is, by general Consent, referred unto another Time.
Non-Residence and Plurality of Benefices.
Agreed, That To-morrow Morning the Lords Committees on a Bill, intituled, An Act against Non-residents, and Pluralities of Benefices, shall meet at Eight of the Clock in the Morning, in the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence, to nominate of themselves a second Sub-Committee, of a smaller Number, to advise and agree, and to report their Opinions touching the several Projects, which before had been propounded among the said Committees, according to an Order taken in the House, die Sabbati, 23° die Junii.
