Lucas's Restitution.
The Bill, intituled, An Act for the restoring of Thomas Lucas, Gentleman, in Blood, was returned to the House, by the Earl of Hartford, the first of the Committees, with certain Amendments, or Additions, thought meet to be added; which were presently Twice read, and thereupon the Bill commanded to be ingrossed.
W. Pagett's Restitution.
The Bill, intituled, An Act of Restitution of William Pagett, only Son of Thomas late Lord Pagett, was also returned to the House by the Lord Treasurer, the first of the Committees, with certain Amendments; which were likewise presently Twice read, and thereupon Commandment given for ingrossing the Bill.
Succession, &c. of the Crown. Exped.
The Bill, entituled, An Act of a most joyful and just Recognition of the immediate, lawful, and undoubted Succession, Descent, and Right of the Crown, was returned to their Lordships, from the Lower House, by the Hands of Mr. Secretary Herbert, accompanied with the most Part of the Knights and Burgesses of the said House, who signified their joyful Acceptation of the said Bill, and their Willingness in expediting it, by giving Three several Readings to the same, so soon as they received it.
Lands to the Dean and Canons of Windsor, and Prebend of Bedwin to the E. of Hertford.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the assuring of divers Lands and Tenements to the Dean and Canons of Windsor; and of assuring a Lease of the Prebend of Bedwin, in the County of Wiltes, to Edward Earl of Hartford.

Earl of Sussex's Privilege.
Rush arrested.
Upon Complaint made by the Lord Sheffield to the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, in the Upper House of the High Court of Parliament, That one Thomas Rush, Servant in ordinary to the Earl of Sussex, hath been lately, and since the Beginning of the Parliament, arrested and committed to Prison, by Two Serjeants of The Compter in Wood-street, namely, Richard Colle and Anthony Milton; at the Suit of one John Hull, Citizen and Mercer of London, dwelling in Cheapside, contrary to the Honour and Privilege of the said High Court; it is this Day Ordered, by the said Court, That a Writ of Habeas corpus shall be awarded, for the removing of the said Prisoner out of Prison, and for the bringing of him before the Lords, in the Upper House, on Monday Morning, the Second of April next, by Nine of the Clock; and that the Serjeant at Arms, attending the House, shall then also bring before the Lords, in the House, the abovementioned John Hull, and the said Two Serjeants Colle and Milton, to answer for their Contempt of the Privilege of the said Court.
