HODIE reversi dicti Nuntii a Duce, retulere Ducem, licet Cause sue Bonitati non diffideret, propterea tamen quod Proceres Parliamenti viderentur ab eo petere ut aliquam Rationem dicti Domini Audeley habere non gravaretur, se illorum Postulato cedere, et libenter illi concedere quadraginta Marcas Annuas solvendas illi dum viveret, ex Redditibus et Patrimonio suis. Quo autem hec Summa absque Fraude aut Impedimento aliquo illi quotannis solveretur, contentum esse se, ut dictus Dominus Audeley quovis modo sibi caveret et curaret, Scripto cujusvis generis cui subscribere posset dictus Dux, predicta optimis modis firma facere.
