Prayers.

Preservation of Game.

A BILL for the Preservation of Game, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be committed to Mr. Cheyney, Sir John Talbot, Mr. Cholmondley, Sir Gilbert Talbot, Sir John Lowther, Mr. Trenchard, Colonel Phillipps, Sir Anthony Irby, Mr. Crouch, Sir John Northcot, Lord Ancram, Sir Thom. Meeres, Lord Gorge, Sir Edw. Deering, Mr. Powle, Mr. Knowles, Colonel Phillipps, Sir Eliab. Harvey, Mr. Cornwall, Sir Robert Atkins, Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Sprye, Mr. Maynard, Mr. Seymour, Mr. Ashley, Sir Thomas Allen, Mr. Goring, Sir Solomon Swale, Sir Edm. Pye, Colonel Williams, Mr. Jay, Sir Thomas Doleman, Mr. Hobby, Sir Robert Howard, Sir Robert Holt, Mr. Vaughan, Sir Will. Doyley, Sir Edm. Pooley, Sir Thom. Lee, Sir Edw. Wise, Sir John Newton, Sir John Knight, Mr. Thomas, Sir John Birkenhead, Sir Robert Steward, Sir John Coventry; and all the Members that serve for Yorke, Nottingham, Suffolke, Wilts, Dorset, Hampshire, and Kent: And all that shall come are to have Voices: And they are to meet at Two of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to consider of the Debates of the House; and to provide a Clause to be added to this Bill, or prepare a distinct Bill by itself against unlawful Fishing; and to prevent robbing of Ponds and Rivers, and making Destruction of Fish.

Fines and Forfeitures.

A Bill for the better levying and collecting of Fines and Forfeitures payable to his Majesty, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.

Grocers Company.

Ordered, That the Bill concerning the Grocers Company be read the First Business To-morrow Morning.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees that were discontinued, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Places formerly appointed.

Supply Bill; foreign Commodities.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill of additional Impositions on foreign Commodities.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Resolved, &c. That the House be resolved into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill of additional Impositions on foreign Commodities.

Ordered, That it be referred to Sir Geo. Downing, Col. Birch, Sir Thom. Lee, Mr. Love, Sir Thom. Meeres, Sir Robert Howard, or any Three of them, to consider of the Clause in the Bill of additional Impositions on foreign Commodities, concerning the Conviction of Persons importing any of the prohibited Goods, so to amend it, if they see Cause) as that the Proof may be laid on the Party accused; or else to bring in a new Clause for that Purpose.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
