Grants to the Queen.

2da vice lecta est Billa, AN Act for Confirmation of several Letters Patents, and other Grants, made by our Sovereign Lord the King, to his dearest Consort the most High and Excellent Princess Henrietta Maria Queen of England, &c. and others, in Trust, for her Use; upon Question, committed unto Sir Tho. Roe, Sir Ben. Rudyard, Mr. Sutton, Sir Ri. Winne, Serjeant Creswelld, Mr. Hampden, Mr. Palmer, Mr. Witaker, Sir Guy Palmes, Sir Edmund Montfort, Sir Jo. Strangewayes, Sir Wm. Uvedale, Sir Ro. Loan from the City.

Ordered, That Sir Wm. Uvedale shall forthwith repair to the Lord Mayor of London; and, from this House, demand of him Order to receive such Monies as are, or shall be, brought into the Chamber of London, until the Sum of Fifty thousand Pounds be received, Part of the Sixty thousand Pounds that is to come in from the City, for the Relief of the King's Army, and the Garisons in the Northern Parts.

Supply.

The Order, that was Yesterday made, for the House to be resolved into a Committee, was read; and thereupon,

Mr. Speaker left the Chair. And

Mr. Hide was called to it.

Mr. Speaker re-assumed the Chair.

Upon Mr. Hide's Report from the Grand Committee, it was Ordered, That it should be referred to the Committee last appointed for the King's Army, to consider of some Way, for the Raising and Providing of so much Money, towards the relief of the Northern Parts, and Maintenance of the King's Army, as may be secured by the Act, already passed, for Four Subsidies; with Power to send for such Persons, as they shall think fit to treat with, to this Purpose; and to delegate so many of their own Number as they shall think fit to treat with any Person concerning this Business: And Sir Wm. Widrington, Mr. Greene, Mr. Hide, Sir Jo. Harrison, Mr. Noell, Sir Wm. Carnaby, Mr. Schowen, Mr. Cage, Mr. Partridge, the Citizens and Burgesses of London, are added to this Committee: And they are to meet this Afternoon, at Two of Clock, in the Treasury-chamber.

Warwick Election.

Ordered, That the Order, Yesterday made, requiring the Clerk of the Crown to bring in the Indentures, &c. concerning the Election for the Town of Warwick, do still continue, and stand in Force.

Army, &c.

Ordered, That, To-morrow Morning at Eight of Clock, the House be resolved into a Committee, to take into farther Consideration the King's Army and Revenue, the Northern Parts and the Navy.
